'Wave Dream' is the result of routing unused compositional elements (drafted during the sessions for 'Ocean Lion IV' using vocal synthesis and noise generators) through a composter patch in the R-EW Audioholistics modular system. It bridges the spaces between the coastal stargazing 'Ocean Lion IV' and the seaside forest grove illustrated on 'Watch the Head' and 'The Severn Bore,' and conjures vivid imagery of a windswept beach at dusk, as the tide returns a strange glowing book to the shore, singing to us in our dreams, beckoning us to retrieve it. The recording is offered here as a subscriber exclusive, to provide that extra little bit of contextual backdrop for other more mainstream recordings, and to wave goodbye to the Summer.
