'The Triadic Forest' is an example, one of many, of how the three sections of 'A Topography of Will' may be utilized to create new music. Here, two sections of different length have been extracted from the "Karplus Garden" and looped over one another for an hour. This audio was then sent to three different resampling systems, each with their own probability-based settings, to continuously resample and loop portions of the main loops, which are then filtered, modulated, delayed and panned in a configuration of hard left, hard right and stereo swapped. The resultant full mix is one that recalls 'A Topography of Will' in timbre and chordal profile, but is an entirely new piece of music.
