'The Snow and the Sleeping Hill' is a transfiguration of sound from the 'In Dark Waves' session from March of '23, which was a Dorian scale exploration of the waveshaping oscillator in Expert Sleepers' Disting Mk4 multipurpose module. Using a digital system consisting of granular resampling, fast Fourier transforms, pitch shifting and delay, the source sound is completely rearranged and produces this lush alternative perspective. Meant very much as a warm companion for reading and resting during the frigid Winter nights, I sincerely hope that 'The Snow and the Sleeping Hill' bring you some comfort as you keep out of the cold.
